I bought a car in Jacksonville last month that had an issue and I came in with no appointment at 0915. I also asked Chad to see if there were any other problems. They not only fixed the issue but also found 10 service items that hadn't been performed. I gave them the go ahead to service the vehicle and expected it would take 2 days and went home 5 miles away. Chad called me at 4 pm and said they were done! What a great surprise as I had a trip scheduled for Tampa the next day. This Service shop is 5 Star all the way!

Very clean and friendly! Sales person was good. I think sales person could have been more efficient. All in all it was good experience.

I can’t recommend Lake City Toyota enough, purchased the vehicle despite living 3 hours away, vehicle sitting in my driveway the next day after they delivered it. All paperwork completed remotely, such an easy process. I wish Lake City Toyota is who I contacted first and will be my first when shopping for my next vehicle.

Great people to deal with

I had a great experience purchasing my Grand Highlander from this dealership. Eva, was my sales person. However, the entire team was very professional and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted and needed. They worked with me even though I was upside down on my trade, and they still made the process smooth and manageable. I really appreciated how patient and helpful they were throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly strives to take care of their customers, I highly recommend them.
