I recently worked with Don Shiver at Lake City Toyota on an online vehicle purchase, and even though my wife ultimately decided to go with a different vehicle, I felt compelled to leave this review. Even when we decided not to move forward, Don remained professional and supportive. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle—especially online—I highly recommend working with Don Shiver at Lake City Toyota. He’s exactly the kind of salesperson you want on your side. For comparison, our experience with Keith Pierson Toyota was the complete opposite, and I would strongly recommend avoiding them.

Thank you Erica for taking care of me! I get the BEST of CARE from Chad, Erica, Ashley, Raquel, Rachel, Matt, Jerry, Yasenia, Rudy, Jennifer..... As I am a customer yes, but I am a PERSON most of all TO the mentioned people.. not a walking dollar making the company money, although I am that. BUT!... strangely.. most of those people no longer work there. They've been replaced with people who are impersonal, yes or no sir and not welcoming when a person walks through. I personally, if I were your company, would have kept those named people, or get them back with bonuses for coming back!! It would please their customers they have built up over the years, if that were done. It would Enhance your company GREATLY! I have but several cars in the past almost 8 years in January and in that time the above mentioned people made a great team for The Old company. Until the new company came into town and then things change. But what doesn't need fixing don't change, but you guys did. Thank you to the people mentioned who made my life so much better, you were and still are, my Toyota Family

Overall, a great experience! My sales representative Eva was patient and transparent thru the entire process. Moreover, she treated me like a valued customer and not just a number. Also, she helped me return my rental car back to the Airport after dealership was closed. Lastly shout out to Izzy in finance who walked me thru the entire sales process before taking possession of the vehicle. Again, thanks to both individuals for doing a great job and providing outstanding customer service!! RB

We had a wonderful experience with Lake City Toyota. We drove from Jacksonville to see a couple of cars we were interested in. Eva was our sales rep and she was fantastic. She even took time to read a book to our kiddos. Bob, the GM, was also very kind checking in on us periodically. I would highly recommend.

They definitely did everything they could to get me in a beautiful Toyota RAV4. Update a year later and Andre Williams worked magic and got me into a newer vehicle!
