My car is not a Toyota, but I was told that my complementary oil change could be done at Lake City Toyota. When I called this location, from the receptionist to the specialists, it was so pleasant, and professional. First, I spoke to Danny and he was very polite and explain to me that the complementary oil change. It’s only for the customers at Toyota. And, that I needed to call the dealer where I bought my car a year ago, and to let them know that they needed to do the complementary oil change, which I have like six left. I had one of the complementary oil changes through the dealer where I bought my car, and it was not very pleasant and all over the place. After speaking to Danny, I said thank you very much for your time. I waited about 30 minutes, and made a decision to make an appointment at Toyota, even though I was going to pay for it. My appointment was in a few hours, so when I arrived, the hospitality (Customer Service) that CLAY REGAN Showed me, was outstanding! I will give this location 10 star rating! They kept me informed, and it was worth paying for this oil change! I will come back to this location, and as I said, I paid for the exceptional Customer Service, and I will come back. Every business around including drive-through in Lake City Should learn from this business. You can tell that they love what they’re doing, and love to see their customers smile. The service was great but the car wash service was not.

Love Blaine Freeman and this Dealership. Bought my 2018 Tundra from a not so reputable dealership and then after multiple repair shops had their shot at it the only people who could tr uly fix it and straight up honest about what needed to be done was Toyota of Lake City. Blaine in the service department has always been patient with me explaining every last question I've asked of her. She goes above and beyond to make my experience with Toyota of Lake City an exceptional experience. Special thanks go out to the mechanics who made my truck a dream truck.

Danny has an amazing energy. Very happy go lucky, but still focused and detail oriented! He made the whole claim process for Joevante and I easy as Sunday morning. Outstanding customer service and phenomenal work ethic. Cannot wait to work with him again!

First of all, kudos to service advisor Chad, great job, awesome communication, awesome information, awesome advisor, needs a raise. Second kudos to TAS for doing a great job, I have given this location and crew an electrical gremlin that has been chewing on the nerves of the technicians there, but they have narrowed it down, kept the cost good, and have communicated every step of the way, I would be proud to employ them myself at any point, very happy with the progress and the attitude of the establishment, will be going here for our light wheel vehicles of our plants and office personnel. Highly recommend.

Had cracked trim and only had the car for two weeks. I had a busy week dealing with family matters that required immediate attention and wasn’t sure if I was covered under the warranty. The service rep clay took a look at it scheduled me an appointment for a further inspection and stayed in touch so I wouldn’t forget my appointment. He even suggested a rental that I wasn’t even sure I needed and had it ready before they closed. Long story short they saved me $700 looks brand new again.

We just had our first 5,000 mile check up st Lake City Toyota. What a wonderful experience! Our representative, Danny Plumlee greeted us and promptly got the process started. We were kept informed as they rotated the tires, top off the fluids, washed the car and did a variety of checks in 2 hours. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We were 50 year Ford customers but we will never go back to Gord again.
