We recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry and a 2026 Toyota RAV4 from Lake City Toyota, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. We originally stopped at Toyota after finding ourselves in a very frustrating situation with a vehicle that had broken down while still under warranty. We were unexpectedly left without transportation and felt completely let down. What began as a stressful week quickly turned around when we met Eva and the team at Lake City Toyota. Eva was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly listened to our wants, needs, and circumstances. She worked incredibly hard to help us find the right vehicles and never once made us feel pressured. Instead, she treated us like friends and genuinely cared about helping us. One of the things that impressed us most was the way Lake City Toyota handled every detail. Since both of our new vehicles are still being assembled, we were facing the possibility of being without transportation after trading in our vehicles. Instead, Eva made sure we were taken care of from day one. We were provided loaner vehicles for the entire manufacturing process, and they were even filled with gas. We were also told our new vehicles will be delivered with full tanks as well. It’s those little details and that level of care that earned our business. We never felt like just another sale. We felt valued, respected, and appreciated every step of the way. The entire team took a difficult situation and turned it into an exciting and positive experience. I truly cannot say enough good things about Eva and the sales department at Lake City Toyota. They have earned our trust, our loyalty, and our future business. We will be singing their praises for years to come and recommending them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
