Have purchased a couple vehicles from this dealership. Most recently our salesperson Jennifer was excellent. She spent quite a bit of time helping find the vehicle that would best match our needs and preferences. I am quite pleased with the result.

Lake City Toyota/Lexus always does an excellent job of maintaining and making any needed repairs, to our family’s Toyota Prius C, and our Lexus CT 200h! They are always courteous, and explain what work is required, and what tasks they are completing, documenting it on video. And we don’t mind waiting while the work gets done, as they have a comfortable lounge area, with LOTS of FREE teas, coffees, and bottled water. And tasty snacks like chips and granola bars. It’s a great place to do business with!👏

I had an issue with my front tire. I did not have an appointment but the staff made arrangements to fix it. They gave me a ride to work and once it wax repaired they picked me up. They are the friendliest and most professional staff. It pays to do business locally. I have purchased out of town in the past and it would have been a nightmare trying to get this issue resolved.

Told the guy I wasnt buying today, he was still eager to help me, he helped me figure out what I like and still meet the other requirements I had. I didnt feel pressured. Rather, I felt informed and comfortable here. When I am ready to buy, I do believe I will come back to Toyota. I dont know if it will be Lake Citys branch as Jacksonville is way cheaper but we will see.

What a pleasant and super efficient major minivan purchase made in a couple of hours with the help of Kevin. The dealership is so well run and fair in pricing which I'll recommend to family and friends. I have done many auto purchases and never could get all things done in such a short time and been treated with such thoughtfulness to the customer.
