We had a wonderful experience with Lake City Toyota. We drove from Jacksonville to see a couple of cars we were interested in. Eva was our sales rep and she was fantastic. She even took time to read a book to our kiddos. Bob, the GM, was also very kind checking in on us periodically. I would highly recommend.

Ariel was super helpful and transparent during the entire process! Almost felt like we weren't even buying anything; it was such an easy and stress-free transition! I never felt like I was being pushed or that the price was too high (I probably got the BEST deal within a 200 mile radius!). Overall, a great experience! My sales representative Eva was patient and transparent thru the entire process. Moreover, she treated me like a valued customer and not just a number. Also, she helped me return my rental car back to the Airport after dealership was closed. Lastly shout out to Izzy in finance who walked me thru the entire sales process before taking possession of the vehicle. Kevin is great! Made the process smooth and easy and did not breath down our necks like competitors. We made sure to come back to him specifically. I enjoyed purchasing a car here. Found best financing deal in Gainesville ocala lake city area.no pressure sales just asking what interested in and trying to accommodate request to see specific kind of car.

These guys have great communication. I explained my situation on the phone, they asked me to come in and take a look at the vehicle and had numbers for me in less than 20 minutes. To my surprise the final numbers ended up being lower once the deal was finalized. Everyone was polite and to the point. I almost forgot I was buying a vehicle. Would recommend for your next vehicle purchase.
