Updated to add I had other concerns and the Sales GM handled it all with grace and was really kind in responding to me. Our sales guy Ryker was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the car, that I didn’t see until after I’d driven off.

Visited I-75 Toyota for scheduled service on our vehicle. Ashley was polite, efficient and helpful. We received texts keeping us informed on the progress of the service and we were asked before certain items were done via text. We selected only the items we wanted. It wasn’t taken for granted we wanted everything they had to offer, so there were no surprises when we checked out. Much appreciated! We’ll certainly return in the future!
