Disclaimer
If during the 7-Day Vehicle Exchange Program period, the purchaser chooses to trade in the vehicle to Lake City Toyota for another eligible pre-owned vehicle, the purchaser will receive credit for the following amounts paid toward the vehicle returned: the "down payment," the "Agreed-Upon Trade-in Value," and any amounts paid toward the principal balance of the finance agreement. Purchaser will be required to qualify for financing on the updated vehicle and subject to lender updated requirements, if applicable. The Exchange Program is eligible for an alternative vehicle of equal or greater value. Sale discounts changes will be factored into the exchange.
ELIGIBILITY
All vehicles except those explicitly excluded below are eligible for the 7-Day Vehicle Exchange Program if returned to Lake City Toyota within the first 7 business days (a business day is when the selling dealer has scheduled operations) of delivery. Qualifying vehicles may be exchanged within the first 7 business days of delivery for a vehicle of equivalent or greater value.
The vehicle must be currently owned by the original purchaser. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer without damage or excessive wear and tear. Refer to the Vehicle Inspection section below.
Exclusions
Vehicles are used for livery, taxi, or delivery services.
Vehicles that have been smoked in will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers who exchanged a vehicle under the 7-Day Vehicle Exchange Program within the previous 12 months.
Excludes sports cars and specialty vehicles.
Vehicles that have had aftermarket accessories installed (e.g., air conditioning, lift kits, wheels, etc.).
Lake City Toyota will not accept vehicles that have been damaged or modified from the condition they were delivered in.
Vehicle Inspection
Any vehicle returned under the 7-Day Vehicle Exchange Program will be inspected by Lake City Toyota for damage and excessive wear and tear.
Valuation of Trade-In Vehicle
If the customer trades in her/his current vehicle as part of the vehicle purchase transaction, the "Agreed-Upon Trade-in Value" may be adjusted based upon current market conditions and/or the newly selected vehicle. The new "Agreed-Upon Trade-In Value" will be applied to an equivalent or greater valued newly selected vehicle.
